We are often asked of the question of CCAH’s vision in particular by the people.
Brother Wayne’s response letter to them on March 25, 2009 is attached. .

To Whom It May Concern:
Greeting in the Lord.  This morning, I as senior pastor gave thanks for your heart. 
We have the CCAH’s vision but we did not try to communicate it to
the people. So, we should make the people understand the CCAH's vision, by
talking what our Lord has led CCAH so far according to His vision rather
than what we have done our best according to our vision.  God revealed us
to Isaiah 55:8-11 during the morning prayer.
(Isaiah 55:8-11)
8 “ For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
      Nor are your ways My ways,” says the LORD.
      9 “ For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
      So are My ways higher than your ways,
      And My thoughts than your thoughts.
      10 “ For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven,
      And do not return there,
      But water the earth,
      And make it bring forth and bud,
      That it may give seed to the sower
      And bread to the eater,
      11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth;
      It shall not return to Me void,
      But it shall accomplish what I please,
      And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

The CCAH’s vision is stated on the church bulletin.
Vision Statement:  Calvary Chapel Anaheim Hills (CCAH) has special vision
to restore scattered, dismayed, afflicted, and lost sheep, by building up
their Christian Characters produced by the Holy Spirit, to be just like
Jesus. They are becoming members of CCAH, producing other new members by
gathering such lost sheep and developing their Christian Characters,
through verse by verse inductive expository bible study, as well as
non-believers and carnal Christians are so. (Jeremiah 23:1-4; Romans
5:1-5)

Jeremiah 23:1-4 (before planting CCAH, God revealed the same verses to
Wayne & Lily after each individual prayer.)
1 “Woe to the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture!”
says the LORD. 2 Therefore thus says the LORD God of Israel against the
shepherds who feed My people: “You have scattered My flock, driven them
away, and not attended to them. Behold, I will attend to you for the evil
of your doings,” says the LORD. 3 “But I will gather the remnant of My
flock out of all countries where I have driven them, and bring them back
to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase. 4 I will set up
shepherds over them who will feed them; and they shall fear no more, nor
be dismayed, nor shall they be lacking,” says the LORD.

Romans 5:1-5 (Our bible study group 7 years before CCAH’s establishment
got the verses from the Lord, so that we started the bible study in the
name of  “Christian Character Builder.”  One of the group is pastor T K Park,
who is one member of CCAH board.)
1 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God
through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2 through whom also we have access by
faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory
of God. 3 And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing
that tribulation produces perseverance; 4 and perseverance, character;
and character, hope. 5 Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of
God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to
us.
How God has worked through CCAH so far:
(1)    20 Meetings to know our Lord more and more are open in 4 facilities –
City Community Center, Fountain , Sunrise, & Telacu - & in 4 different
languages – English, Farsi, Korean, & Spanish.  More than 150 members are
registered but due to our lack of maturity & faithfulness we sometimes fail
to edify them well in the unity of Christ at CCAH. Please pray for our efficient
ministry & them to be edified by the Holy Spirit &  the living Word of God in order to produce
other members of CCAH.
(2)    Mission for 4 Clusters is open 1. North Korea cluster including
China, South Korea, & Indonesia  (Jeremy -  Yan Bian; Seoung – SNU;  JK –
Jakarta;); 2. Mexico cluster including all South America (Gerson,
Ernie, Henry, & Sergio) Every month 2nd Thursday 4:00 PM to La
Posada(Ernie & Gerson go there); 3. Iran cluster including all Muslim
countries (Naser, Brian, &Faye); 4. Kenya cluster including all Africa
(Helen, Rob, & Ed);
(3)    One Missionary  ordained by the Lord at CCAH-  Seoung  as Missionary
in May 30, 2009  “Teaching Whole Counsel of God in English to Foreign
Students at SNU international church  + Preparation for  Physician
Missionary to third countries “;
(4)    Korean School of Ministry (Calvary Chapel Seminary) begins on 9/21/09
in Costa Mesa, working with Pastor John Kim.
(5)    Other things - Our Lord is continually working so much in His way
through CCAH. We’ll talk about them face to face.

to do faithfully whatever our Lord leads, wherever & whenever.
